What happens to my data and my samples?

Your information is stored under a code, not your name, and shared in that form. Blood or tissue samples may be kept for future research, sometimes for many years.

You can usually agree to the trial and refuse the future-research part separately. Ask whether that is a separate box, and ask what happens to your samples if you withdraw.
