What should I call about, and what can wait?

Call straight away, day or night, for a fever, shaking chills, bleeding that will not stop, chest pain, or trouble breathing. These cannot wait until morning.

A fever during treatment is an emergency even if you feel well otherwise. When in doubt, call. We would far rather hear from you for nothing.
