Probably neuropathy. Some chemotherapy irritates the small nerves furthest from the center of the body, so it shows up in fingers and toes first. It can feel like pins and needles, numbness, or burning.

Tell your team as soon as it starts, not when it becomes unbearable. Caught early we can often adjust the dose, and that is what protects you from it becoming permanent.
