Why can't I sleep?
Steroids given with some treatments are a common culprit and often wear off in a day or two. Anxiety, pain, hot flushes, and daytime napping all add to it.
Tell your team when in the cycle it happens, because that often points straight at the cause. Do not start sleeping tablets without asking, since some interact with treatment.
