Why am I having chemotherapy if only my lymph nodes were positive?

Cancer in the nodes means some cells have already moved out of the original tumor, even when nothing shows on a scan.

Chemotherapy goes after cells that may be elsewhere and are too small to see, to cut the chance of it coming back.
