All questions · What each treatment is doing

Why are there gaps between treatments?

The gap is part of the treatment, not a pause in it. Your healthy cells recover in that time. Cancer cells recover more slowly, so you gain ground each round.

That is why we call them cycles. Skipping or delaying them changes how well the treatment works, so tell us early if you cannot make a date.
