Why can't I think straight?

People call it chemo brain, though radiation, hormone treatment, poor sleep, anxiety and the cancer itself can all contribute. Words go missing, names slip, you reread the same paragraph.

It is real, it is common, and it usually improves. Write things down, do one thing at a time, and tell us if it is getting worse rather than better.
