Why do I feel sick, and what actually helps?

Some treatments irritate the part of the brain that triggers nausea, and some irritate the gut lining directly. It is common, and it is far more controllable than it used to be.

Anti-sickness medicine works best taken before you feel sick, not after. If what we gave you is not working, tell us early rather than enduring it. There are several kinds and we can switch.
