Who is on my care team?

Your oncologist plans the treatment. Nurses give it and watch you closely. A pharmacist checks every dose against everything else you take. There may also be a social worker, a dietitian and a navigator.

Ask anyone their name and what they do. If you remember one, make it the nurse navigator, whose whole job is the path rather than one appointment.
