I cannot stop thinking about dying.

Almost everyone with a cancer diagnosis thinks about this. Most never say it out loud, because they think it will frighten the people around them. It is not a sign that you are giving up.

You can say it to us. If the thoughts are constant, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, tell someone today rather than waiting for an appointment. That help exists and it works.
