I feel worse now that treatment has ended.

This surprises almost everyone and it is extremely common. During treatment you had a plan, a schedule and people watching you. Afterward all of that stops at once.

Everyone else thinks it is over and expects you to be relieved, which makes it lonelier. Tell your team. This is a recognized part of finishing treatment, not a sign that something is wrong.
